The device is used to extract the herb, flower, seed, fruit, fish etc. It can be used for food and chemical industries in normal pressure, micro-pressure, water frying, heat cycling, cycling leaking, redolent oil extract and organically solvent recycle.There are four kinds of the extracting tanks series: the mushroom type extracting tank, the Upside-down taper type extracting tank, the straight cylinder type extracting tank and the normal taper type.

Upside-down Taper Type Extracting Tank

The appearance is small at the- top and big at the bottom, with the shape of upside-down taper.The most prominent features are convenient residue discharging and lower construction space.

Mushroom Type Extracting Tank

The appearance is big at the top and small at the bottom, with the shape of mushroom. The top is big so that the boiling has large buffering space without running away of materials The bottom is small so that the heat transfer of medicine liquid is rapid,the heating time is short and the extraction efficiency is higher.

Normal Taper Type Extracting Tank(traditional Type)

It takes smaller space, so it is widely used in extracting workshops, Bottom heating is provided on the residue discharging door, which makes the extraction of medicine materials more complete.

Straight Cylindrical Type Extracting Tank

With long and thin appearance, it takes larger space, which benefits heat transfer and medium transfer, so that the leaching and heating time is shortened, and the extraction efficiency is enhanced. It is suitable for alcohol extraction and percolation systems

Extracting principle: when extracting, the tank heated with heat conducting oil or steam in jacket, set the extracting tank material temperature and boiler temperature. The stirring speed is adjustable. The steam generated in the tank enter condenser and after condensation, back to oil-water separator, water liquid reflux to extraction tank, oil discharge through the optic cup from the discharge port, such cycle until the termination of extraction. After extraction, the extracting solution through the pump into the pipeline filter, clear liquid into the concentration tank.

The equipment be applied to the multiple technology operation of normal pressure, micro pressure, water frying, warm soaking, thermal reflux, compulsory circulation, filtration, food and chemical industry. The prominent characteristics of the large and small taper type extracting tank is that the slagging is very convenient with good heating effect. The tank body is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotary spraying ball head, temperature measuring hole, explosion- proof view lamp, view mirror, rapid open feeding inlet etc., which can guarantee the convenient operation and is in accordance with GMP standard. The tank body inside the equipment is made of imported SUS304, and the jacket is made of completely sealed aluminium silicate blanket for temperature holding. The external tank body is stuck with SUS304 semi-luster thin steel sheet for surface decoration. The complete equipment supplied shall include: Demister, condenser, cooler, oil and water separator, filter and control desk for cylinder etc.Accessories.

The tank body is equipped with the CIP automatic rotary spray cleaning ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof aperture lamp, sight glass, quick open type feeding inlet and etc., ensuring convenient operation and complying with the GMP standard.
