We produce packaging box as your requirements such as material, wood type, wood finishing, for material inside, you can use velvet or suede, PU leather or genuine leather as you like, you can choose material color, style etc. For the box itself, we can customize the overall size for you. We can put logo on the box outside and inside, you can choose color, logo finishing, size etc. Each step can be customized as your need.
Production flow
1. After your wooden jewelry box order and requirements are all clarified and confirmed, we do paper work and purchase raw materials from market such as wood board, velvet, metal clips, buttons etc.
2. Arrange wood cutting for whole set
3. Arrange wooden mold and polishing
4. Prepare insert steps such as gluing, velvet pad etc
5. Make polish again
6. Do painting on box lid and bottom, our wooden box would always make at least 6 layers lacquer
7. When everything ready, arrange to assemble box
8. Arrange to clean the boxes
9. Our quite strict QC team would do 100% inspection
10. Finally pack them carefully.

Packaging methods
MDF luxury wooden jewelry boxes would be packed by a white thin poly foam to protect lacquer in order to avoid scratching, then put into one white top bottom style cardboard box, this cardboard box can be common paper with your logo or use printing paper to print your personal design. Some cardboard boxes into one 3 layers inner brown carton. Finally some inner cartons into one 5 layers shipping carton. It is very strong cartons with strong tape to make them closed. We can print your brand logo on cardboard box and print your company name on shipping cartons. For the cardboard box logo, you can choose effect, color, size and so on.
