This drilling jumbo is a self-propelled, low-speed, all-directional hydraulic drilling jumbo. Its main supporting bits are diamond composite chip bits, carbide bits, and large-diameter roller bits, etc. It can be widely used in coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, hydropower buildings, municipal engineering, nuclear industry, geology, army engineering construction and other systems.The machine has wide rotation speed range, large torque and strong pulling capacity, which can meet various needs, such as geological exploration holes, gas drainage holes, water exploration and discharge holes, anchoring holes, water injection holes and other engineering holes.The main engine can be rotated 180° horizontally and 180° vertically on the crawler frame, thus especially suitable for all-directional drilling in the roadway.
Features：
1. Small size and light weight
The drilling jumbo is compact in structure and small in size, of which width is only 900mm and can pass through a narrow tunnel. It also has low center of gravity ,thus can smoothly walk and effectively avoid roll-over accident.
2. Drilling arm in all-directional rotation and drilling without dead angle
Horizontal direction: Adopt floating rotating mechanism to realize 360° rotation.
Vertical direction: Adopt combined rotation mechanism to realize 180° rotation.
3. Rotating work station and humanized design
The control console can be rotated so that the operator can observe the drilling process and go up and down in time.
4. High efficiency of drill arm
The power gyrator uses a variable motor, which can adjust the rotation speed (Range: 90 to 350 round per minute) according to the actual working conditions, thus improving the drilling efficiency.The spindle of the power gyrator adopts hollow design, which is not limited by the length of drill pipe when drilling, thus it can use long drill pipe.The single stroke of drill arm guide is 1300mm, which can effectively reduce the number of inverted rod and improve the efficiency of drilling.
5. Flexible arrangement of drill pipe
Both geological drill pipe and efficient spiral drill pipe can be used, and both have the function of automatic disassembly.When drilling under complicated geological conditions, using efficient spiral drill pipe can not only improve the drilling speed, but also realize the reverse function in the case of stuck or buried drill pipe, so as to effectively realize the self-rescue of drill pipe and avoid the phenomenon of losing drill pipe caused by stuck or buried drill pipe.
6. Safe and reliable
Equipped with vertical composite clamping device and protection device, it has the advantages of large opening, low opening pressure, self-discharging drill pipe, high automatic centering accuracy, good synchronization, and tight reliability, etc., which effectively solves the accident of injury caused by drill pipe sliding by itself when drilling large inclination hole.Step up drilling tools in case of sudden power off, effectively avoiding running and drilling accidents.
7. Flexible movement
The turning radius is 1.5m, which can realize turning transportation in narrow roadway.
8. Low cost
The drilling jumbo has reasonable structure and is simple to operate; the main parts are durable and convenient to maintanin, which greatly reduces the cost and improves the working efficiency.
